What this site does with your information.

tadcnc.com is the website of Titanium Aerodynamics, Inc., 2521 W. La Palma Ave, Suite D–E, Anaheim, CA 92801. This notice explains, in plain language, what the site stores and sends. It is short because the site does little.

No accounts, no payments, no cookies

The site has no user accounts and takes no payments. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Your quote list stays in your browser

When you add services to the quote list, that list and the contact details you type into the quote form are saved in your own browser's storage so they are still there if you come back or open the packing slip page. They are not sent to us until you send the email. You can clear them with "Start a new one" on the quote form or by clearing your browser data.

Requesting a quote

The quote form writes an email and hands it to your own email app or to Gmail. Sending it is your action, through your own email provider. We receive what you send: your name, contact details, and the description of the work. We use it to answer you and to do the work you ask for, and we keep it as part of our job records.

The assistant

Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to a small relay service we run on Cloudflare and from there to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the reply. Anthropic processes these messages to generate the answer under its commercial API terms. The relay counts requests per IP address for one minute at a time to limit abuse and keeps nothing else. Do not put payment details, serial numbers, or other sensitive personal information into the chat; the quote form and email are the right place for job details.

Visitor counting

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors; we see totals such as page views, referring sites, and countries.

Hosting logs

Like every website, the server that hosts tadcnc.com keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address and browser type of each request. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting and are not used for anything else.

Fonts, maps, and other sites

The fonts on this site are served from tadcnc.com itself, so no font provider sees your visit. The address link opens Google Maps, and the footer links to our sister companies; those sites have their own privacy practices.

Do Not Track

Because the site does not track visitors, it treats every browser the same whether or not it sends a Do Not Track signal.
