- This is a service we offer to machine your OEM Glock slide for the Vortex Venom Red Dot Open Emitter.
- This cut will not work with the Venom Enclosed Micro Red Dot.
- Optic Cut to a depth of .140” which is ideal for co witnessing with most suppressor height sights
- 2 front alignment posts are incorporated into the optic cut.
- Due to the large size of the Venom red dot sight we must cut in the dove tail to avoid machining into the safety plunger channel.
- We relocate the rear sight dove tail in front of the optic.
- Suppressor height sights available for installation at additional cost.
- If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
- Please note, if you ship your slide with factory sights installed, they will not be reinstalled.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your slide to be machined.
- This service will leave the cut area’s raw. Applying a corrosion resistant finish such as Cerakote is highly recommended.
- Frame, Slide, optics or internals etc. not included.
- Includes 2 screws to mount your Venom red dot sight
- Not compatible with G42, G43 & G43X & G48
- It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. We are not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

- After making your online purchase, package your slide along with a copy of your receipt and mail it to the address.
